This casino are a complete fraud. They close my account when I asked to speed up my withdraw and now they don’t make the bank transfer and don’t answer my emails anymore. They are ignoring all my requests and communications.
It’s not fare to lose 2500 eur because I've played a casino that I thought it was honest and credible.

If the player insists that he hasn't received the refunded sum amount, then please provide the ask gamblers support your bank statement starting from 2023-04-19, when the refund was processed on our side.From our side we can easilly provide to ask gamblers support the proof of the transaction.
