I made a withdrawal of pkr 40000 on 1/5/2025 but the withdrawal is done in my gaming id and funds not received in my bank account. I contacted your customer support team, they gave fake transaction number. When I call bank and bank says to me no such transaction received or held in your account, please check this matter and solve it immediately If you need any proof, I will provide you thanks.
