KYC Delayed and Withdrawal Pending

Hi Team,

My Melbet ID is 1436157871. I’ve been trying to withdraw my funds since November 1, 2025, but the withdrawal was blocked and I was asked to submit documents for verification. I’ve been sending the requested documents for the past 7 days, but the process is keep getting delayed. My balance is $5,247. Kindly look into this Issue.

We regret to inform you that despite all the AskGamblers Complaint Team requests, Melbet Casino management refused based on their privacy policy to provide reasonable justification and/or solid evidence which could help us review and decide on this case adequately.

Unfortunately, in this situation, the AskGamblers Complaint Team has no other choice but to close the case as unresolved and advise the player to seek further assistance from the relevant regulatory body or appointed ADR entity. As a direct consequence of such closure, the operator's ranking score on AskGamblers will be decreased accordingly.

As soon as the AskGamblers Complaint Team is notified about any decision on the case issued by the official regulatory body and/or ADR entity, we will comply and mark this complaint accordingly.

Hi @AskGamblers Team, I am waiting for your update regarding my case.

Melbet claims they have sent “additional information” to you, so I kindly request confirmation and an update on the current status of the investigation.

For the record:

Melbet accepted all my bets normally when I was losing.

They allowed me to deposit multiple times with no issue.

Once I started winning and my balance increased, they suddenly delayed my KYC for 17 days, blocked my withdrawal, and finally confiscated more than $4,000 of legitimate winnings.

They have still not provided any proof or explanation for their accusation, only generic statements.

Please let me know if you have received the documents from Melbet and what the next steps will be. I am ready to provide any additional information required.

Melbet Cash Agent Withdrawal Issue Pending for Over 140 Days Melbet ID 816469381
I am submitting this complaint regarding a long pending withdrawal issue with Melbet involving an amount of LKR 50,000.
I requested the withdrawal through a Melbet cash agent (“Badulla, Hidagoda 24/7”), but the amount was never credited to my bank account. Since the beginning of this issue, I have fully cooperated with Melbet support and payment teams and submitted all documents they requested, including certified bank statements covering the relevant dates.
This issue has now remained unresolved for almost four months despite numerous follow-ups and repeated assurances that the matter was under investigation by their payment specialists.
During this period, I had to visit the bank multiple times during working hours and take leave from my employment in order to obtain certified statements and supporting documents requested by Melbet. The process has caused significant inconvenience and frustration.
I also experienced aggressive and unprofessional behavior from the cash agent involved while trying to resolve this issue.
Despite providing all requested evidence and maintaining communication through the same official support ticket, I still have not received a proper final resolution regarding the disputed withdrawal amount.
I respectfully request assistance in reviewing this matter and helping to obtain a fair resolution regarding the pending withdrawal.
