Withdraw cancelled without reason

Hello my withdrawal has been cancelled although I have respected all the conditions of the welcome bonus without exceeding the maximum bet of 7.50 euros (my bets between 4 and 6 euros) at slot machines and I have also respected all the rules of bonuses and terms and conditions. My account was also verified after 5 days of waiting (not normal at cresus casino and wild sultan and mountberg group casinos less than 24 hours) and then I waited another 2 days for the withdrawal pending evening any week and my withdrawal is canceled for no reason. I have not received an email (because there is obviously no reason) this casiono already smells like a scam with the long account verification delays and then cancellation of the withdrawal.l I thank you for intervening so that I receive my winnings from this casion which is a big scam either the player loses and it's good for them or the player wins and they cancel the withdrawal. hello magical spin is a scam they said they dont success to pay me befor emy complaint because incorect detail for iban and bic but its not true because i make always copy paste of my iban and bic like on casino staff mountberg and cresus and never problem in9 years its strange with magical spin its incorect details and its impossible because i make copy paste and i double check 4 by 4 the details of iban and bic and in plus my account was check ith my state banke account with iban and bic and even if a playe rmake a stake for iban and bic details magical spin have the bank state account of player but for me in plus impossible error details if i didnbt have compalint ith ask gamble my withdrawal will be yet rejected without reason and not email for inform me like last time before my complaint ... and 5 days for my documents are checked and impossible to have pending withdrawal in this delay and after 2 open days pending withdrawal for to be rejected ithout reason so MR levi hogan you know pefectly your casino is a big scam and its for that i have not receved email when my ithdrawal was rejected because not reason so when i read other player you are specialist for to find pretext for dont pay the player but for me not reason and that was a big probleme for magical spin and i n plus hen i had not successed for to make deposit just less 1 hour later each time 3 times its not working i receved emails retryed we have changed system card for its ok like chacals ... os dont try to find pretext you a big scam who protect you when its hot with directory casino like ask gambler that i said thank you very very much for to have helped me with those samers its pleasant you helped players like me with casino without scrupul and prince ali is same staff so i think its not good too and the serious casino are cresus and staff casino mountberg payed in less 12 hours and for documents 2hours only... and never stress for to have winnings in plus they give free spins cash even players wins so for playe rforget magical spin and prince ali you will be foeced to complaint like me

This player was paid over 7 days ago 19/04 - The player had entered incorrect details on withdrawal. From the casinos stand point this complaint should have never been opened due to player "incorrect details for processing" The players balance was always in the players account and the player just needed to reenter correct processing details to receive his withdrawal.

Magical Spin Casino takes security very seriously this includes withdrawals placed with incorrect details. This is to protect the Casino as well as our players.

Refuses a withdrawal without any notification

I've had a terrible experience with the Magical Spin casino.

I've had a pending withdrawal since 11.08.2023 after I completed a wager of 7500 EUR and decided to withdraw my winnings of 2000 EUR. I've reviewed all their policies and there's no written processing time frame for withdrawals. I've followed all rules and have not gone over the maximum bet of 7.5 EUR.

The chat support is not helpful, they only said to contact [email protected]. I've done this for the past week (several times). They do not reply at all. The chat said on Tuesday that the payment will be processed this week. But it was cancelled yesterday, without even notifying me why it is cancelled, is there any issue or what is the case?

The funds are credited back and now the chat support says next week the processing will happen but they cannot confirm anything and to contact the Finance department again. I've done this but they don't reply and do not provide any specific processing time frame. So the payment is again pending without any idea when it will be processed.

This is a horrible experience as you don't get any answer. The chat is referring you to a non-responsive mailbox. I've sent several emails over the past week. My experience with other casinos (who process payments during working days) is that you won't wait more than 2-3 days to get a payment, or if it is more (technical issue, verification issue etc.) they will provide any solid explanation and give a proper time-frame. Here, this is not the case. May payment was pending for 6 calendar days and just got cancelled without any information - no email, no message, nothing. If I did not log in to check, I would have no idea. My account has already been verified but I contacted the Verification team on 11.08.2023 just to make sure it is fine and the payment is not pending for additional verification. I've not heard anything back from them as well since last Friday.

I am a patient person but haven't heard anything from the team processing the payments, no solid information on their site (policies) regarding processing time-frames, which is what makes me raise this complaint. As my winnings are basically locked on their site and they do not help in any way to understand what I could expect and when. I've attached files confirming the cancelled payments (with no notification), the new ones, payment history etc. (private).

Please review this complaint and help me get this resolved.
