LeoVegas Casino - Withdrawal amounts still not processed

I withdrawal 9450INR on 18-03-2020 and i got withdrawal approval mail with reference number 106712691 but amount not credited to my bank.
I withdrawal 9202INR on 21-03-2020 and i got withdrawal approval mail with reference number 106923918 but amount not credited to my bank.
Every day i am contacting customer support team and every day they are saying to upload bank statement every day i am uploading bank statement but issue not resolved.
Very poor service from Leovegas. I need my amount.

Hi LeoVegas,

I withdrawal 9450INR on 18-03-2020 but i got only 5876INR on 30-03-2020

I withdrawal 9202INR on 21-03-2020 but i got only 5566INR on 31-03-2020

Missing 7200INR funds.

LeoVegas is totally Fraud Casino i will not recommend anyone to deposit funds in LeoVegas Casino.
Please find my bank statement as a attachment.
