Dear Sir/Mam,
I have deposited Rs.4000 on 26/02/2022 but money was not added to casino wallet and money from my bank account was debited.
After deposit I contacted casino through live chat and they said to wait for 24 hrs. After 24 hrs I again contacted customer support for my deposit but they again said to wait so I asked customer support to cancel my deposit and refund. From that day I am only submitting proof of payments, my ID card, address proof but they don't accept my account statement also for proof of payment. I have also submitted screenshot of my net banking page showing specifically that transaction details and transaction reference ID but that also they rejected.
So please help me to get my money back, I am attaching all the proofs of payments which I have made through my net banking.... please help

I just want my money...i don't believe on your website so if you guys will not return my money then i will file police complaint for cheating and fraud ..this is my final warning ...i already tried all possible ways to get my money from customer support so just return my money and reply on my askgamblers complaint...when i will get my money i will reply here to closed my complaint.
