In jun I asked to Lamabet chat to close my account due a gambling addiction. They told me that only my VIP manager could do that. I've contacted Oscar, my manager and I've asked in 70 times to close my account, every single time I asked for the closure he offered me always a little bonus to convince me to continue my addition.

Having studied the situation in detail, I want to inform you that the player's account was suspended on October 22, 2024, 22:02:24 per UTC time.

That is, from that moment on, the player could not make any bets or deposits. 2024-10-23 07:16:08 per UTC time the player's account was permanently closed without the possibility of reopening.

Unfortunately, we did not find any evidence that the player reported her gaming addiction to us in June 2024. Of course, this fact can be confirmed by checking the correspondence history.

Also, we would like to add that we strictly follow the rules of responsible gaming and as soon as we are notified of gambling problems, the player's account must be closed without the possibility of reopening.

However, we apologize for any negative experience and we are grateful for any feedback as it allows us to become better.
