I deposited $200 through Interac to this casino, and I ended up winning $4140 I got the email that my account was verified, and I asked different agents, and they said my account was verified and they say their payout is 1-2 days, and it has been over two business days and I have not gotten anything. The "live char agent" now told me to submit a piece of paper stating hello, the date, and a selfie with my ID included. I did that, and she said to check back. This is a ploy, so the player doesn't do this security check, and they have reasons not to release winnings. I have done everything they have asked for. My account is fully verified. I deposited using my own credit card, and now they are delaying my withdrawal, which is supposed to be sent via Interac. Just Casino send me my winnings already I have been so frustrated dealing with this and talking to agents every other hour. This is getting repetitive, which should not happen in online casinos.
