I deposited $200 through Interac to this casino, and I ended up winning $4140 I got the email that my account was verified, and I asked different agents, and they said my account was verified and they say their payout is 1-2 days, and it has been over two business days and I have not gotten anything. Can you guys please make this right? My account email on just casino is < removed >

The "live char agent" now told me to submit a piece of paper stating hello, the date, and a selfie with my ID included. I did that, and she said to check back. This is a ploy, so the player doesn't do this security check, and they have reasons not to release winnings. I have done everything they have asked for. My account is fully verified. I deposited using my own credit card, and now they are delaying my withdrawal, which is supposed to be sent via Interac. Just Casino send me my winnings already I have been so frustrated dealing with this and talking to agents every other hour. This is getting repetitive, which should not happen in online casinos.

Withdrawal to late and no answer from live chat

I have been waiting for my withdrawal to be accepted and have talked with the live chat and they promised within two days and now that it has gone 3 days they don't answer anymore and is supposed to be a legit site.

I have more withdrawals too but can only take an amount at the time and the customer service doesn't answer and they call it a live chat.

Delayed Payment and Unclear answers

I’m really so disappointed, I’m loyal member at justcasino, my account is also fully verified, and I had before successful withdrawals.

I considered this casino as one the best casinos and I gave them before positive feedback.

For the last 2 withdrawals equal 1100 usd ( 605 + 495 ). They delayed the payment and the status still “Pending”.

I did my best and send them emails , I also had 100’s of chats with their support and as usual the same answer ( security check ).

I’m so sad really because I like to play at justcasino and I advised them to be very transparent and tell the truth for people when they will pay them.

Seriously I can not find one single reason for delaying the payment and I’m very very sad how comes justcasino delaying the payment for no reasons , I again advise them to be honest and just tell the customers when they will pay them

It’s clearly mentions as long as your profile is verified then any withdrawal should take up to 2 business days maximim , this is not happen now.

Please send me my money and let me play again as before without headache

JustCasino - The casino does not withdraw funds

Hello! On June 23, I made a deposit in rubles via cryptocurrency (litecoin), all methods of depositing/withdrawing funds worked. On June 25, having decided to put funds on withdrawal, I found that all withdrawal methods were abruptly disabled without warning, leaving only credit cards. I contacted the support service and was asked to put a withdrawal of funds on the card, which I did. After waiting 14 days, the withdrawal was canceled. I contacted the support service again, to which I was told that they had problems with card payments.
I asked them to withdraw funds to cryptocurrency on their own or convert rubles into dollars or euros (all payment methods work there). The casino does not meet halfway and asks you to withdraw funds only to the card.
According to their rules, withdrawal of funds is possible in the same way as the deposit was made. After reading other complaints, I realized that withdrawal to cards in Russia are simply not possible now.
Please help me find a solution to the problem. I ask the casino to either transfer funds to my crypto wallet on its own (I will give you the wallet number) or convert rubles into dollars or euros.
