Refused to pay me $60,000+ in winnings without saying why

Hello,

Back in November I signed up to play on JackpotCity. I deposited $ 2000 from my mastercard and did not sign up for any bonuses as I have been warned you have to play the bonus amount a certain times before being able to withdraw it. I also read all of the terms & conditions and even a few forum sections before signing up and was assured it is a relatively decent casino to play at.

I managed to turn that $ 2000 into over $60,000 in a week by playing slot machines and getting a few awesome jackpot wins.

I then requested to withdraw $10, 000 to pay off some of my other credit cards with that money.

I was then asked to provide the following:

-Picture of my ID (Driver's license) , which I did

-Picture of an utility bill (my cellphone bill), which I did

-Confirm my card number and other personal information, which I did

I was then asked to go notarize those documents and upload them. So I went to do that, got the documents (Driver's license + utility bill) stamped and signed, notarized and uploaded those aswell.

Then without any reason, They blocked my account and told me the money has been put back on my mastercard (the initial $2000) and that the remaining $60,000+ in winnings would not be paid. I asked multiple times why and I did everything that was asked of me but they would just tell me it is the managers discretion and stopped replying to me.

This is frustrating because whenever someone loses money, they have no problem taking it. But when it is time to pay winnings, they make you jump through countless loops before telling you they wont pay. I was also informed that apparently they do not have the right to even deposit the money back into your credit card unless it is a visa. Mastercard has to be deposited to a bank account. It is even written on their site after I checked!

After that experience I fell into a depression because I was relying on that money to pay off a lot of bills that later appeared due to family emergency and those winnings would've dramatically helped me.

I am writing this to please help me with the situation. I am extremely desperate and would like justice.

I can upload any photos of the emails and interactions with the casino and whatever else is necessary.

MISLEADING information

Hi, I played on the site Jackpot city, and won $700. I made the withdrawal on the 22nd April jackpot said my funds had been released on the 24th April to my bank account. I waited few days for the funds to show in my account which have not and still have not shown.

I was provided with a UBR/reference number, however my bank has been unable to locate or trace any incoming transaction connected to this payment. This has caused me significant concern and inconvenience.

On the 8th they requested I send through a bank statement which I provided showing the funds did not show in my account. Multiple agents had told me the payment was processed and another agent told me funds were sitting with the payment team and he was going to escalate and get them to release the funds.

He also advised I send an email to them regarding the situation so I did. I requested them to check the email and they said they hadn't received any information from me or documents to support the matter. And that the funds had been processed every time I've contacted support they kept saying they've escalated the situation and you'll hear back from the team in 24-48 hours. It's been 7 days and no one has contacted me. I asked if there could be any reason why the funds aren't being released. They said no they couldn't see anything and that the funds have been released.

I said if the funds had been released, could you provide me with a transaction number or MT103? They said they were unable to provide me with that information and just sent a UBR but my bank wasn't able to trace this.

This morning 15th May I contacted support again and same story the funds have been paid into my account on the 24th it's become frustrating and misleading now it's been well. Over three weeks since I've received my winnings and I feel like it hasn't been escalated or anything is being done about my matter. Are you able to help in any way?
