Have registered an account on heatscasino.com on 27.02.2025, made first deposit and after couple of days withdrawn funds, because I couldn't find slots that I looked for. Then on 06.03.2025 I made another deposit of 1000€ and started playing. I won approximately 200€ and after that they blocked my account. I have uploaded all documents that they requested, but my account still remains blocked. Now my account balance is approximately 1200€, but they don't let me login. Their live chat doesn't help in such matters, they advise me to contact email support, but email support keeps ignoring me for 10 days.

Thank you for your response via email. As previously mentioned this user presented high financial risk and AML concerns. Under our AML policy it is clear that the way this user distributed funds in and out of our casino is a clear breach of our terms and therefore we have removed the funds and have blocked the account.

I made first deposit with card and after couple of days withdrawn via crypto( i didnt know i cannot withdraw via crypto, no one told me that, i withdrawn via crypto, because its much faster. Than after 3-4 days I have made another deposit via card and than started problems with Heatscasino, they have blocked my account for the first time. I came to live chat and explained them situation. After my explanation they have unblocked my account. Than after couple of days they suddenly blocked my account once again without explanation. Now my account remains blocked and there is still approximately 1200EUR.
If they dont want me to withdraw funds via crypto, than they should warn me about, but instead they blocked my account and confiscated my funds.If they told me that I cannot withdraw via crypto, of course i wouldnt. I am new in casino world, i dont know all the rules, they are the one who should advise me how to act in certain situation.
