I'm a long time player in ggbet.com sportsbook. My account is fully verified and I'm a loyal player. I usually got paid out quite fast or max 1 day after making the request. This time, I'm not having anything different, same deposit method, same style of playing, chat supporters confirmed that all my pending withdrawals are fine and good, keep waiting...

It has been 4-5 days now. My withdrawals are still "new" status. Which means no one even takes a look at them, so not even trying to process them either.

While withdrawals are pending, player still able to use the balance to place a bet, and the pending withdrawals will be cancelled right after that. I fell into this trap many times before, they tried to keep them pending as long as possible, so players will lose patience and make new bets and finally lose all the winnings...

After contacting chat support day after day, I got same answer everytime, that the requests look good, but they don't know when they will be paid, they can't either guess or expect... just wait... forever.

This is the only kind of respond i got from this casino/sportsbookie. They are going to keep our withdrawals pending as long as possible. So that players will lose patient and lost all winning money.

In any case, we are living in 2025, even in 2005 not many casinoes need 5 days to process a withdrawal request. Special when account is fully verified and player just have normal activities as usual.

I expect this casino will keep the winnings for at least 30 days. For that reason, im giving this casino very bad review on every review platforms. 0/5 stars.

and this time it's your fault, there are something wrong with your systems. More people like me are complainting, we have same problem, same story, in same period of time. So, stop saying copy & paste that "Every transaction is processed individually, and in some cases, additional verification steps may be required for security reasons".
Stop blaming, just pay out as what a sportsbooker must do. Stop saying "as soon as possible", your "soon" can be weeks or months, if we dont say anything..
