I have an account on GGbet casino and they offered me 55 free spins on a joker Stoker slot. I am from India region, I have deposited according to the criteria. My free spins is showing available, when I am searching the slot, this slot not exist on this site.

To know the reason of this I had communicated with support, they told slot is not available for your region. I have already given all information while registering on the site, still I accepted that they decided to transfer spins on another slot.

I have claim this offer on 17-nov-2023, and from that day I am contacting every day with the support about inquiring my issue, every day they said wait for update, and they also said that there is no time frame, so without any single fault they waiting me for the spins, and I have deposited because of that promotion only, and I am now afraid that will they gave me my free spins or not, because they do not give me one single confirm answer. Live support agent don't have any department related information & they said you have to talk only with us.

I am filing this complaint against GGbet Casino regarding my account which has been placed under a betting limit, making me unable to open the live chat window and contact support.

• On March 31, 2026, after winning several bets on the same day, my account was immediately placed under a betting limit.

• I am completely unable to open the live chat support window.

• I submitted a withdrawal request for 2000 USDT on March 31, 2026. However, on April 1, 2026, the withdrawal was rejected with the reason “technical reasons”.
