I made a withdrawal on Ggbet casino on 31/03/2023 of rs 8553.55 but till now they are not releasing my withdrawal amount. When I contacted them via live chat, they told me from 31/03/2023 that there is some issue on the payment provider side and it will be refunded back to ggbet wallet but still, it's not happened yet. Now they also not replying, so please help me to overcome this issue.

We would like to start by noting that the transaction in question was successfully processed on April 5th, 2023, which means it took 5 days—a timeframe that is within the acceptable norm for such transactions.
On our end, the withdrawal was processed within a few hours and then forwarded to the payment provider, who acts as an intermediary between our service and the bank. Unfortunately, we have no control over the speed of processing at that stage. However, we regularly monitored the transaction and kept you informed about its status.
