I've been using GGBET for almost 2 years. Since then, withdrawals are averaging 12-24hrs before they're settled; the longest was 3-days. And even though other bookies provide instant withdrawals I stuck to GGbet for a long time I'd say.

However this time, I have been experiencing delays with my withdrawals over the past 10 days. I have noticed that majority of my withdrawals are not successfully paid out. For your context, I decided to do daily cash out to control my gambling addiction, I created multiple withdrawals each day since the 22nd of march 2025 until now that is worth around 3,224.09usd USD (portion of my current balance) in individual small amount withdraws.

I noticed that my withdrawals are starting to take longer and longer before they get settled so I've talked to customer service numerous times, and I keep getting the same answers requiring me to be patient:

"Your withdrawal request is currently pending. Processing times may vary based on regulatory requirements and our internal procedures, as each transaction is reviewed individually. These steps help ensure the security and integrity of all transactions. We appreciate your patience and kindly ask you to wait while we complete the process."

For the very first time in years of using GGbet, this issue had me going through online reviews of the site and I realized payments can be delayed for even months at GGbet for some people. These online reviews made me overthink and with all of it, I have decided to file this complaint just so they're aware in case they plan on not paying me.

These issues are making me lose my confidence in withdrawing my money at all.

I would like to let Ask Gamblers know that I'm willing to wait until the 1st week of upcoming month, April 1st to April 5th 2025, which would be exactly 2-weeks since I made the initial withdrawal attempt. That's a long enough time frame for payment processing. I will keep an eye on my transactions from 22nd of March until this very day 31st of march and will keep Ask Gamblers Support team updated.

Provided are the screenshots of said withdrawal slips since the 22nd of March. And also a file containing the proof of transaction ID's, their date of withdrawals, and its status.

I've settled my KYC years ago, submitted the required IDs, cards, and selfies as you said. However, after winning my games and decided to withdraw my money, you suddenly need me to re-submit another set of documents?

It's hard to admit but this is my worst within the past-years of my gambling experience, waiting 10days for 69.87USD payout and being unable to tell the time-frame of a single withdrawal is frustrating for your players.

Anyway, I've already submitted the documents you're asking for and I hope we settle this soon.

Uploaded screenshot is a proof of verification documents I have sent years ago, including the latest ones. Thank you.

As of yesterday, my issue with the KYC was settled.

13 days passed, 0 out of 43 withdrawal slips assisted. My money is still hanging.

Kindly keep this complaint thread active since I'm still unpaid by GGbet. I've been receiving the same response from GGbet to be patient.

I'm keeping an eye to my withdraws and I'm checking it every 12hours. Still nothing. Still unpaid by GGbet. At this point I'm doubting GGbet if they still have plans on paying me.

This is the worst gambling experience for me, we're already living in 2025 to have this kind of service I would say..

It's the 15th day now. Still no processed withdrawal. Now im having 2nd thoughts if GGbet has plans on paying me.

I went on a gambling site to entertain myself, risk my money and double if it can. After I won while having fun, and now I wanted to withdraw, they can't give my money back? Is this what a gambling site is supposed to be doing?

Greetings, I confirm the successful withdrawal of 5 slips. However, its only 5 out of 50 withdrawal slips that is settled.

and also, do I need to wait for 15days per 5 withdrawal slips to be processed? This is really frustrating on my side.

Good day, I can confirm that some of my withdrawal has been processed. However, its not 14 of them. Only 11 transactions has been processed.

Uploaded screenshots is to prove that only 11 transactions has been completed.
Comparing it to the screenshots I sent on the 1st day, only the transactions with yellow line has already been processed. This screenshots proves that I'm stating facts.

20 days in, 24 withdrawals still not processed.

I'm monitoring transactions carefully and still waiting for all of it to be processed. I don't know how long it will take.
