I have requested withdrawal on the 04.04.2025 with 6 transactions (due to the technical limit for a single transaction).
It has been 12 days since then. However, the withdrawal status has not changed until today. The status of the transaction is shown as "New", which means the transaction has not been processed by the finance team yet; this is very unusual.
No specific timeframes or transaction status are given from the customer support chat service after countless times contacting.
The total amount of withdrawal for 4 transactions = 15.000.000 VND or equivalent to $580.38 USD
Please help me.
