All my withdrawal requests were rejected

Hello,
I want to report a serious issue with this casino.
The casino accepted my deposit without any problem. However, when I requested a withdrawal, they suddenly blocked the process and started requesting additional verification documents.
They are now asking for bank card ownership verification even though the deposit was already accepted by their system. I believe the casino is intentionally delaying or preventing my withdrawal.
I contacted support but I did not receive a clear or fair explanation. Every time I provide information, they ask for more documents again.
I respectfully request AskGamblers to investigate this case and help me receive my withdrawal fairly.

The casino has repeatedly rejected my withdrawal requests without a fair resolution.
The total disputed amount is 9000 RUB based on the rejected withdrawal requests shown in my account history.
I have attached proof showing multiple canceled withdrawals. The casino accepted deposits normally, but keeps rejecting withdrawals.
I request AskGamblers to investigate this case because I believe the casino is intentionally delaying or blocking my payments.
