Flappy Casino - Withdrawals just pending for a long time

I've had two withdrawals pending for 5 days now, despite their website stating that withdrawals are processed within 24 hours.

Total amount is 420€.

I've tried to contact the livechat multiple times, but all I'm getting is some copy pasted answers.

The first time they kept on repeating that withdrawals might be delayed during weekends. But now that it's tuesday the answer changed to "

Please, kindly note that once a withdrawal request is processed by our KYC team you will be notified via email"

I'm verified, and have used no bonuses.

Getting a bit tired of just waiting and not getting a human answer to my questions.
