Withdrawal processing delays
On April 1st—my 40th birthday—I won a €20,000 Super Scatter bonus slot prize. Since then, I have been attempting to withdraw my winnings. My account is fully verified.
I am limited to a maximum withdrawal of €500 per transaction. My first €500 bank transfer was processed relatively quickly, as I submitted the request on the same day as my win and received the payment a few days later.
The following day, I attempted another €500 withdrawal, this time to an Ethereum wallet. I chose this method as a test, hoping it might allow for larger withdrawals, as my available withdrawal options are limited (primarily cryptocurrencies and bank transfer via IBAN). However, this request was rejected, with the explanation that I may only use one withdrawal method per win.
Shortly thereafter, I received two additional €500 bank transfers for withdrawal requests made on April 3rd and April 7th.
At present, I have three pending withdrawals (it appears I cannot have more than three requests active at the same time), submitted on:
April 9: €500
April 10: €500
April 11: €500
All three remain pending. I have sent multiple emails requesting that these payments be processed, but I consistently receive similar responses stating that “general account activity can help these reviews progress, as more active accounts typically experience smoother processing.”
It is also worth noting that when my April 7th withdrawal was processed, I already had additional pending requests; however, only one was completed at that time. As with previous payments, this withdrawal was processed only after I followed up several times via email.
I have continued playing extensively on the site and my balance has now decreased to approximately €4,500 (in addition to the €1,500 currently pending). I was encouraged to continue playing in order to increase my VIP level, as reaching a higher level would allow for larger withdrawals.
At this point, I simply want my pending withdrawals to be processed so that I can continue withdrawing my remaining balance. This situation is extremely stressful. It feels as though the system encourages continued play and losses while effectively restricting access to my funds. The timing of payment processing appears inconsistent and possibly deliberate.
If not for these withdrawal issues, the platform itself would otherwise be quite good. Had I not achieved a large win, I likely would not have encountered these problems.
