Payment delayed for over 10 days
On February 16, 2026, I used FlappyCasino’s first deposit bonus, which was a 100%. I deposited 175e and claimed a 175e non-sticky bonus.I won money using my real balance only and did not use the bonus balance at all. Before canceling the active bonus, I completed the required wagering on my real balance. After canceling the bonus, my balance was 257.75e. Then submitted a withdrawal request for 275e.
After that, I received an email asking me to verify my account. The requested KYC documents were as follows:
- A screenshot from the Skrill wallet I used for the deposit (requested on February 19, 2026). I sent this document on the same day, February 19, 2026.
- A selfie with my driver’s license and my FlappyCasino profile visible in the background (requested on February 20, 2026). I submitted this document on February 24, 2026.
- On February 27, 2026, I received an email confirming that my account had been successfully verified.
My withdrawal request had already been active since February 19, 2026. To be safe, I canceled it once after waiting and submitted a new withdrawal request after my account had been verified. Despite this, I still have not received my winnings, even though more than ten days have passed since my latest withdrawal request.
The KYC process itself went smoothly, but the withdrawal payment has been severely delayed. I would therefore like to ask for your help in resolving this matter.
