I was verified with all needed documents until I made a withdrawal of 4K. All of a sudden the verification process had to be done again because the last verifiaction was older then three month. (So they let me know after 4 days). This is strange enough, but never the less I sent new documents. 24 hours later came the reply that the copies of my Visa cards were not clear enough and asked me to do the copies again. So, I did the copies again. 300 dpi, in color, front and back in JPG format. I am a IT professional, trust me, I am able to do a clear scan with a 400 EUR scanner model. The quality is awesome good. But guess what, after 24h they came up with the reply that the copies were not clear enough (they wrote, that the copies were washed by the sending process - which is funny because this is technically impossible. I did not send them through rain, but via E-Mail). Anyway, they still resist to process my withdrawal. They cancled my withdrawal and again ask me to send new copies. As I sent them through E-Mail and uploaded the copies as well in the casino software they do already have perfect copies of my Visa cards and it is highly senceless to do the scans again.
