Delaying my winnings unjustifiably

Ok , First off Id like to state that I have been a player with Jackpot City Casino for a number of years ; actually I believe Jackpot City was the first casino I ever played at so needless to say I have verified my account and had successful withdrawals until NOW
I was fortunate enough to win some of the 4900 $ spent over the course of the last year -- Transaction history showed me that as of march 23 2015 till now todays date I had spent approx. this amount.
Over the course of the week end i had submitted a few withdrawals which i understand that there is a 24 hours period prior to the winnings being released and that payment team doesn't work on week ends
First problem arised when they sent the first withdrawal to my entropay card that had been closed and locked via my account at jackpotcity second problem arised when I'm still availting this payment . that's right i haven't received it yet as they delayed three days on this payment and I'm still waiting to see the funds appears
Now i need to say that every time i withdraw via echeck the money is made available that very same day around 6 pm EST .
I had withdrawn another sum of money of Monday which would put my pending period at Tuesday evening and Wednesday being released to my bank it is now Thursday and banks are closed Friday and Monday and i was just informed that its still under review
I'm so fed up with there long wait times and being an avid player here and NEVER having to wait this length of time has made rethink my whole playtime with them .. Going forward i will not be making anymore deposits here if my money isn't received before the week end -- they are stalling my payments with no justification what so ever ... they have misinformed me everyday since Monday and each rep had a different story each time this needs to be taken care of i should of received my 1400 legitimate winnings but yet only received 160 $ what a joke
also the dates keep changing on my transaction page and the pending period keeps being pushed for certain withdrawals ; as you will be able to see in the picture below those dates are false all of the dates except the reversible one which as of now it sitting in pending because i submitted the withdrawal yesterday( which is correct) but all other have been changed to todays date and I'm being told that they are under review .. this is unacceptable and going forward until i get paid at least my business will be no longer with them

I have receive the 200$ and the 160$ to date .. still very unhappy with the fact that the 700$ that was withdrawn on Monday is still sitting in work in progress and I most likely won't see those winnings till end of week 2 # very disappointed with Jackpotcity :(

MISLEADING information

Hi, I played on the site Jackpot city, and won $700. I made the withdrawal on the 22nd April jackpot said my funds had been released on the 24th April to my bank account. I waited few days for the funds to show in my account which have not and still have not shown.

I was provided with a UBR/reference number, however my bank has been unable to locate or trace any incoming transaction connected to this payment. This has caused me significant concern and inconvenience.

On the 8th they requested I send through a bank statement which I provided showing the funds did not show in my account. Multiple agents had told me the payment was processed and another agent told me funds were sitting with the payment team and he was going to escalate and get them to release the funds.

He also advised I send an email to them regarding the situation so I did. I requested them to check the email and they said they hadn't received any information from me or documents to support the matter. And that the funds had been processed every time I've contacted support they kept saying they've escalated the situation and you'll hear back from the team in 24-48 hours. It's been 7 days and no one has contacted me. I asked if there could be any reason why the funds aren't being released. They said no they couldn't see anything and that the funds have been released.

I said if the funds had been released, could you provide me with a transaction number or MT103? They said they were unable to provide me with that information and just sent a UBR but my bank wasn't able to trace this.

This morning 15th May I contacted support again and same story the funds have been paid into my account on the 24th it's become frustrating and misleading now it's been well. Over three weeks since I've received my winnings and I feel like it hasn't been escalated or anything is being done about my matter. Are you able to help in any way?
