Hi I have recently won $2000 and have been trying to withdraw it for the last few weeks! First off it went through, then it bounced and the money went back into my account after that I have spoken to multiple personnel via email, live chat and iMessage! All of which have said different things, they requested documents which I have provided them with on two occasions so far and still have got no response back from the "player security team" as to weather they have approved them? I've sent what I had to on my behalf I just hope you guys can speed up your side of things as it's got me feeling a little let down and insecure as to the whole experience in which I really did enjoy until withdrawing! Please
