Delaying my withdrawal since January 6th

Hi,

Since 06.01.2023 I have been waiting for my withdraw from Cyberbet. I have been in close contact with their support but all they say is that the withdraw will happen tomorrow or the day after tomorrow.

On their site it says that the withdraw takes 1 minute up to 3 business days but I have been already waiting for 6 days (4 business days). Hopefully this complaint somehow speeds it up and I can have my money.

No responden y no puedo hacer retiro de dinero
Desde el 06/05/2024 estoy tratando de hacer un retiro en Cyber.bet Casino, por un monto de $500.000 (quinientos mil pesos chilenos) como se puede observar en pantallazo adjunto.
Me solicitaron verificar mis datos, enviando una fotografía donde se vea rostro, Rut, perfil de usuario, fecha y hora. Lo que fue enviado en reiteradas ocasiones y fue rechazado por el casino.
Cada vez que envié la fotografía el casino se tarda 24 horas en enviar un correo indicando que están revisando los datos enviados y enseguida envía otro correo indicando que fue RECHAZADO. SIEMPRE DENTRO DE 24 HORAS. (se adjunta pantallazo de correos)
Ahora envié otra fotografía con fecha 20/05/24, indicando claramente fecha, hora y todos los antecedentes solicitados CLARAMENTE VISIBLES. Desde esta fecha 20/05/24, en la sección verificación de identidad se indica "Por favor espera, estamos procesando tu solicitud" (se adjunta pantallazo)
han pasado 7 días y NO TENGO RESPUESTA POR PARTE DEL CASINO.
He enviado varios mensajes a soporte Y NO HE TENIDO RESPUESTA HASTA AHORA. (se adjunta pantallazo)
He escrito al chat en vivo y NO RESPONDEN
Me parece "extraño" que NO pueda hacer el retiro de los fondos de mi cuenta, pero sí puedo hacer depósitos en el casino, como se puede ver en la sección transacciones. ya que solicité el retiro de fondos el 6/05/24 y luego hice un depósito el día 13/05/24 DESDE LA MISMA CUENTA DE USUARIO Y MISMOS DATOS BANCARIOS.
Hasta el día de hoy no he tenido respuesta alguna por parte del casino.
Necesito hacer retiro de mis fondos URGENTE.
Espero poder tener por fin una respuesta a mi solicitud.

Hello, I want to create a lodge against Cyber.bet because on two weeks ago sunday (2023.04.23.) I have made a withdrawal (154,25 EUR) which they declined after two days on 2023.04.25 and said that they need additional picture of me holding my ID card in fornt of my monitor next to my players account detailed part and at the same time they disabled the withdrawal page for me. I have fulfilled their request on that day (2023.04.25) but they still didn't check/accept my additional photo. On the chat they just lying and promising that they will accept it, first said that this take 2-3 business days, after it has expired, they stated it takes 5-6 business days which expired as well. I have been waiting for more than 8 days for their acceptance and today they just deducted almost 120 EUR from my gaming account without any reason, after that they blocked my account too and got an email from them:

"Hello!

Based on the verification result, a decision was made to block your account. The rest of the deposit will be returned within 20 days with a deduction of a commission of 15% for all operations.

According to paragraph Cyber.bet reserves the right to immediately terminate the User’s/Client’s use of the Service and close the Client’s account without prior notice if there is a reasonable suspicion to believe that:

the User/Client has breached these Terms;
the Client is involved or has been involved in fraudulent or illegal activities, including money laundering.

In the event of the application of the consequences provided in this article, Cyber.bet reserves the right to rescind an obligation to refund any amount of funds, deposited on account of the Client, exceeding the number of funds, initially deposited by the respective Client on his/her account."


I just want my money and after this behaviour and encourage everyone to avoid them from afar.
