Hello,
on friday 19.08. 2016 i registered on leovegas.com, and made a deposit of 50€. Unfortunately that was my second registered account with this casino, because i dont have acces anymore to the previously e-mail account i used by my first registering in the casino.
I dont remember if i have played the bonus or even if i deposited some money to that casino. On 19.08 i didnt played not 1cent of my deposit, because the custumer support told me, my both accounts are now locked.
Since friday i am waiting for the fraud department of the casino to let me now what is gonna hapen.
I fully understand that my second account is again the terms of the casino, but i am interesting if my deposit will be now confiscated or returned to my deposit method wich was skrill.
I wrote 2 or 3 times to the support and still waiting for the casino decision. Hope the manager can tell me more on this forum.
