Good afternoon,

I'm writing this complaint because Casinova didn't pay me some withdrawals, any of them with almost a month of delay. I have attached the screenshot. In more than two months they only paid me 2 times and I've sent them all the verification documents. I asked few time on the chat but the only answer all the time is to be patient. In their conditions, the withdrawal time is just 3-4 days.

-Proof of address
-Credit or debit card
-Transaction history
