I ordered a withdrawal of $ 650. On December 6th, my withdrawal was confirmed. According to the rules and regulations of the casino, the casino pays the winnings within 3 working days. Today is December 22nd and I am expecting my withdrawal for more than 15 days.
I have used skrill for deposits and withdrawals. According to the casino rules, withdrawals to Skrill are made from 0 to 48 hours. After a week of waiting, I wrote to the chat and received an answer that my winnings could not be paid for skrill. A few hours later, another employee in the casino chat said that my withdrawal was on its way to my Skrill account. This has been going on for 2 weeks. They make different promises in the chat, but nothing changes. I have taken many screenshots and can provide evidence.

A bank statement with IBAN needs to be provided to continue with the withdrawal process.

Please note that SKRILL has rejected the withdrawal payment and will no longer process any payments through their platform.

On the 18th, Fred promises a payout per Skrill.
On December 19, Lucy says there has been a slight delay.
On December 21, Dexter says the delay is due to high traffic and the withdrawal is on the high priority payout list.
On the same day, December 21, after lunch, Amanda says that I will receive my money in 3-5 days.

Unfortunately, the issue with Skrill payments is out of the casino's control.

As we mentioned before, Skrill payments is no longer an option and you will need to provide a copy of your bank details with IBAN. Online bank statement with full account details and IBAN is acceptable.

Just to update.

We received bank details from DEVLAD111 via email, however, no copy of the bank statement provided.

We cannot verify that the bank details provided indeed belong to DEVLAD111 and therefore, cannot be accepted for payment purposes.

I received a withdrawal confirmation on December 6, which means that according to the "casino rules and regulations" I must receive my withdrawal no later than 5 days after confirmation. Today is December 29, and until the 23rd, in the casino chat, they convinced me that I would receive a withdrawal to the Skrill. Now I have provided a bank statement. How long do I have to wait for a withdrawal? What year will I receive it?

I still haven't received my payment. On December 30, they told me in the chat that my withdrawal was paid and will be credited to my account within 3-5 days. I urge other players to carefully read the complaints, and think 7 times before making a deposit to the superlines casino network, since the casino pays out payments for about a month and this is a standard delay. Here you wrote to me that you paid on December 29th. On December 1, I wrote to the chat and asked when I would be paid. To which Maggie told me that they paid for today, January 1, 2021. Who is telling the truth when you paid for my winnings on December 29th or January 1st? I didn't get paid, which means you didn't pay me. They constantly deceive in the chat, give different answers, but they do not correspond to reality.

Once the casino paid the withdrawals it goes through an intermediary bank(s) and it can take up to 5 business days or in some cases even longer, for the funds to be available in the recipient’s account. This processing time is out of the casino’s control – these are 3rd party timelines.

Transactions and procedures during New Year’s holiday season may be restricted or take longer than usual. International Wire Transfer request sent between the 29th and 30th of December 2020 will be processed on January 4, 2021. - This is an official advice from the financial institution.
