On 2021-11-22 Campeonbet software stole $604 from my balance (C1.jpg)*. This happened at the moment I met the wagering requirements of $9 live casino reload bonus. I asked about this issue in the live chat. The agent advised me to write to support@campeonbet.com. I did and got the standard reply that my request had been forwarded to the relative department (C3.jpg)*. But the relevant department didn’t respond. I asked a couple of times in the chat. Once they said I would get a response within the day, the other time they said they didn’t receive my email and advised me to send a new one. And I did. I got again the standard reply confirming receiving my message and forwarding it to the relative department. Again I got no reply and again I asked in the chat with no use. You can imagine how long I am waiting for the “relevant department” to respond…

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Campeonbet Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.
Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
The complainant has been provided all relevant information regarding his claim.

Would you kindly ask Campeonbet Casino to reread my May 23, 2022 post? As I say there, after taking into account the bonus ($9) and meating the wagering requirements of the bonus ($1575), I am $26 down. Let Campeonbet Casino explain how they turned this loss into winnings of $1324 …
