I am filing a complaint against Campeonbet Casino regarding a serious and unjustified withdrawal delay.
I found this casino on AskGamblers as a recommended operator, which makes this situation even more concerning.
Timeline:
- April 25, 2026 (17:48) — I requested a withdrawal of 1000€ (Ethereum)
- April 30, 2026 (12:00) — the withdrawal is STILL not processed
This is already 5+ days and clearly exceeds their stated processing time of up to 3 days.
Important facts:
- My account is fully verified
- All requested documents have been submitted
- I have contacted support multiple times (email and live chat)
- I only receive generic responses like “under review” or “in queue”
- No clear explanation, no timeframe, no actual action
At this point, I am either being ignored or deliberately delayed.
Additionally, the casino applies a 1000€ per 24h withdrawal limit, which already restricts access to funds, and combined with such delays makes it practically impossible to withdraw winnings in a reasonable time.
This behavior is unacceptable.
I request:
- Immediate processing of my withdrawal
- A clear explanation of the delay
All evidence (emails, chat logs, screenshots) is available and can be provided.
I ask AskGamblers to intervene and assist in resolving this issue.

However, I want to clarify that this withdrawal was only processed AFTER I filed a complaint on AskGamblers.
Before that, I received only generic responses (“under review”, “in queue”) for several days with no actual progress, despite the stated 72-hour timeframe already being exceeded.
Additionally, I would like to emphasize that:
- My account has been fully verified already
- All requested documents were submitted well in advance
- I have repeatedly offered to provide any additional documents if needed
This is clearly reflected in our communication history.
Despite this, no concrete explanation or action was provided until external pressure was applied.
This raises serious concerns about the casino’s withdrawal practices and whether delays are used intentionally.
I appreciate that the funds have now been processed, but the overall handling of this case was not acceptable.
I would also like to note that I currently have another withdrawal pending. I expect it to be processed within the stated timeframe without delays.
I would strongly recommend improving transparency and adhering to stated processing times without requiring escalation.
