Delaying my withdrawal for more than 5 weeks
Hi. I have been waiting for my withdrawal since 30.03.2025. After approximately 1 week I started getting an error when accessing the site, saying: "We'll be back soon! Sorry for the inconvenience but we're performing some maintenance at the moment. We'll be back shortly!" Needless to say that has not been the case, as that message has been there for one month now, blocking my access to the site. Upon communicating with the support team on e-mail, I keep getting the same scripted reply saying it's being handled with high priority etc. I'm sick of waiting for my money for this long, and hoping this complaint message can help speed up things.
