I've been waiting to withdraw $500 for over two months.

The support doesn't answer emails, but answers in chat, constantly asking to wait until their payout department decides something there.... Two! Two months I've been waiting for them to decide something....

This player first made two attempts to defraud us via bonus abuse, which was detected. The player was notified that bonus fraud had been detected and all winnings stripped from their account - the player did not contest the point in any way. According to our terms and conditions, we should have closed their account, however we left it open with a 1x wagering requirement on the original deposit amount. This was met by subsequent gameplay, but we are not paying out associated winnings until we, together with the relevant game providers, have sufficiently analysed player gameplay to be sure that no further abuse took place.
