Hello, I recently won 400 dollars from a non deposit bonus, but then it turns out that the maximums withdrawal amount is 20 dollars which was not mentioned in the bonus term and conditions.

Now I have been waiting for more than 72 hours and every time I'm asked to wait for more couple hours although it should be sent within minutes to my crypto wallet.

I got no message confirming that the payment with successful, and I was not provided by the transaction ID , but the amount of 20$ was paid and blocked due to a minimum deposit requirement which was kindly solved by deducting some fees.

The information regarding the max win was communicating later on after the withdrawals requests and the wheel of fortune has not such conditions ( not in the received email and not in the wheel of fortune terms and conditions )

As per our conditions, we paid out the maximum of $20 to the requested crypto wallet, and we provided the player with the transaction ID when they contacted our support team with their complaint. The remaining balance was zeroed out as per our stated terms and conditions.

In summary, there was no cause for this complaint. Bonus Terms were stated but overlooked by the player, payout was made but not noted by the player.
