Payments canceled and then delayed
I made two withdrawal requests for $1000 each at 24-hour intervals.
Their payment time is 3 days from when the requests are initiated. On the third day, they canceled both requests.
When asked, their first email said that the technical issue was at the payment provider's end. The second email said that I canceled both the withdrawal requests.
I can't cancel my own two withdrawals as I was waiting eagerly. If I did, then I would cancel just one and play that money off first before I cancel the second one.
Now, another 3 days have passed after I submitted the second request, but they are not even responding to my emails. I want my winnings into my bank in no time, as they canceled it for a purpose, so I either play them off or they wouldn't have to pay me after the stand down period of 3 days.
Since I didn't cancel the withdrawals, I shouldn't have to wait for an additional 3 days for the second request made. I want the money to be paid asap.
