Hi!

I deposited 350€ to Betwarts Casino using Zimpler on 19th of September. I got lucky and won 940.5€ so I decided to withdraw my winnings. I made two requests for withdrawal with Zimpler, 500€ and 440€, but they were both canceled. I contacted the casino and they told me that the withdrawals were canceled by me, which certainly isn't true. I did not cancel either of the withdrawals.

I made two new requests for withdrawals with the same withdrawal method and they were also canceled. This time they told me they were canceled by my payment provider.

I contacted them again. ”While verifying the department in charge, they advised your withdrawal was completed and the funds should be in your account”, they said. Well isn't that lovely? Except that the funds were not in my account. I told them that I had not received any money and I could also still see two pending withdrawals in my profile.

After this they told me that ”your withdrawal request has been succesfully processed and the funds have already been released from our side”. When I checked my casino profile, I could see there was a transaction of 940.5€ ”completed”, but for some reason the payment method was cash. How ridiculous is that!?

To this day I have not received any money from Betwarts casino via Zimpler and certainly not in cash! I have also contacted Zimpler and sent them a screenshot of my transaction history in the casino. Their response was most of my withdrawals were denied by the merchant but I should directly inquire the casino of the missing withdrawal of 940.5€. Betwarts has not replied to my latest e-mail.

Team AskGmblers, please help me get this issue resolved. I have been very patient and given the casino more than enough time to do their job.

As apparent from the submitter's latest post, the AskGamblers Complaint Team is pleased to announce the case has been resolved and closed.

We thank both parties for their assistance during the complaint process.

Betwarts casino did everything they could to make me give up and lose the money I won, but after waiting for a month and sending an endless amount of e-mails, they have finally paid me 940,5€. This complaint can be closed. Thank you AskGamblers for your help!

A quick update again.

I received an e-mail from Betwarts right after I posted my latest update on Askgamblers. They told me that I have now made a request for withdrawal of 940,5€. My balance is now 0,00€ and there is a pending withdrawal of 940,5€ but the payment method is ApplePay Mastercard for some reason. I have never used ApplePay Mastercard and I didn't ask for this method. I don't even have an iPhone.

I really don't think this will work so I contacted their support again. They tell me that Bank Transfer withdrawal is in queue and they aim to process it in three business days.

We'll see how it goes.

The casino has now credited 940,5€ back to my Betwarts account. After this they asked for verification. I sent them all the documents they asked for and my account is now fully verified.

After the succesful verification process I tried to make a new withdrawal. The withdrawal section was not working and had the message ”for withdrawals each deposit amount must be fully wagered”. I have wagered over twice the amount of my deposit so it should not be a problem. I once again contacted their support via e-mail and they asked me to send my full name, e-mail address, IBAN, bank name, bank address and BIC code via e-mail for manual withdrawal. I provided them all this information and they promised that their team responsible for this matter will process this case and contact me soon.

This is where we are now.
