Delayed payment 2000euro
Hi, it has been 5 days since I made three withdrawals from Betswap. Two of them were 500 euros each and one was 1000 euros. The withdrawals were made using the same method as the deposit, my MasterCard. I contacted support after one day and received a response that the withdrawal had been made and had moved to the next process. I waited another day, but nothing happened. I asked support again what was happening with my case. This time I was told that there was a technical issue with the withdrawal, but they were working on it and I just needed to wait for it to be resolved. Another day went by, and I wrote to support again, but received the exact same response: "We have a technical problem, but we are waiting for a response from the finance department." Now it has been 5 days and I have not received any withdrawals and I keep getting the same response every time I contact support. This is not acceptable as they market their withdrawals as immediate.

"Hello Andreas, the payments team is working hard to fix this issue but we are facing some technical difficulties with bank account transfer hence the long delay. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience but we are working hard to fix this as soon as possible."
