I have pending withdrawal of $1343 at Betsofa for more, than 72 hours, already.
They always say the same in live chat. About high load, priority etc. It is well known problem with Betsofa's slow af withdrawals.
Please, speed em up, if possible. It's very annoying.

Kindly note that we have no insight in any provider's internal investigation process, therefore we can not say whether the amount of winnings may or may not have an impact on the overall time needed for the investigation. Our stance on the matter is, however, that in case no update is given within the reasonable timeframe, we will have no other option but to close the case as Unresolved.
