When I won the money, it was before December 28th, and weren't given any warning that was going to happen. Also, my account was already verified. Since Dec, 23, they have been verifying the account , I have sent them everything they have asked for, the last package of
information that I sent included, 2023 income tax notice of assessment, 3 months of income statements, a screen shot with my phones info (to prove the phone was mine, and a video with my drivers license, date, time, what casino it was for. I will attach it, as well as the email. I won 955.55. Can you please help, it's been a month now . Thank you
