BetChain Casino - Not Awarding No Deposit Sign Up Bonus

I was recently browsing the net for different casino bonuses and I came across the bitcoin chaser site and the no deposit bonuses page. http:/­/bi­tco­inc­has­er.c­om­/bi­tco­in-­cas­ino­-no­-de­pos­it-­bonus/
After browsing a few I decided on using the Betchain 5mbtc no deposit bonus a go for new registrations.
I clicked on the link which is above and it opened up at the betchain website itself advertising the promotion.

I then registered through that promotion above that was advertised on the betchain domain itself. Proof that the promotion and affiliate was legitimate as they put it on their own domain.
After registering, I contacted support who proceeded to tell me I cant get the bonus as the affiliate was not valid. After arguing with them it was an affiliate and promotion that they themselves had on their own domain, so how could it not be a valid affiliate, they then proceeded to change their story and say that I actually didnt have the affiliate registered to my registration so they cant award it. The fact is, they just did not want to give it. Ive attached the chat transcript and screenshots including the exact links i used to register. Im so sick of misleading promotions offered that are never awarded. See chat below
