Hello,
I waited one week to make this complaint. I tried contacting support, but they always gave me the same answer again and again.
I deposited (33€) on 08/12/2023, and I had profited (427€) on the same day. The problem started when I tried to withdraw, at first it let me withdraw but my withdrawal request got denied because of an audit failure. After that, when I tried to withdraw it said "Permission denied".
I tried reaching support but no one from support was able to resolve it, they asked me to send an email to [email protected] with the username, email, txtd, IP address, and device. I did that and they said that this process could take up to one week. After one week I still have no explanation either from chat support or BC.Game email.
I have KYC verified, no referral, no other account. I never broke any rules.
