I am waiting for my withdrawal for more than 24 hours already. Customers support is providing only generic answers without proper information.

My funds disappeared from the account and I have no access to them. At the beginning they said to wait few hours, then 24 hours, then again few hours. And no support at all in my case.
They are not trying to solve it or something.

As per our last check there were some issue with the payment and we have refunded back the amount to users balance.
