I was gambling my money on 27 dec and made a total of 78$ in my account and I made withdrawal request of 70$ and after sometime I automatically log out and when I try to sign in its shows error 4001 account verification required. I reached support and mail to bc with all details but no reply yet. I also sent dozens follow ups but bc support does not reply me yet they said it take 15 days but now its going to be a month. I need my account to open plz help me out. I reached chat support dozens of time.They are saying keep waiting, nothing else and also made follow up. Tell me what I should do now.
