I made a withdrawal of 500 euros on October 11th, and today is October 20th. It has been more than three business days, which is the timeframe you give for completing the withdrawal. They told me in the chat that there are a lot of requests, but that is not my problem. According to the casino, my account does not require verification. I have made several withdrawals and they have almost always been delayed. But never 10 days.
