I made a withdrawal on January 27th/2024 for 22,563$ Canadian with 888.ca I have been given the run around since the day I made the withdrawal.

I have provided all the verification documents they have successfully put 10$ in my bank account twice e transferred without an Interac profile and without me entering a password to accept this e-transfer. They state it is a wire transfer but have sent me a withdrawal approved email 3 times for the 22 thousand and said it failed due to invalid bank details.

I have literally got my bank to investigate this because how can you put 10$ in and not my full withdrawal?

I have contacted their CEO who did not answer they have requested a void check again and bank details even though I have sent this already.

it seems like everyone is having this issue I’m facing and I need this resolved I’m not going to have emotional distress every day from this!

Hello 888,

888 you have sent me an email stating my withdrawal is being returned back to 888 because the bank details are invalid 3 times. This is not possible since you have my verification details which include the void check and you have successfully deposited money in my account in 2023 3-4 times. My bank has also sent me a email stating that there has been 2 deposits sent to my account for 10$ as a e-transfer not wire transfer as you state! If you do not resolve this and deposit my funds wire transfer correctly with the information I gave you I will have my lawyer file this within the courts of Ontario and you will be served a court date! I’m not going to run around everyday sending 10 emails to get a withdrawal that every other casino happily deposits into the players account within 3 business days!

Hello 888,

I see you have sent me another email this morning stating you have approved my withdrawal once again and sent it wire transfer let’s see if your invalid bank detail’s email will be sent to me again. I have already sent you the correct details yesterday morning February,8th/2024 and you also received a sort code incase that is the issue so there is no error possible here unless you are determined to enter wrong information!

Hello Ask Gamblers Team,

I was notified this morning that my withdrawal is having a problem being processed due to a payment processing function having technical difficulties this is the 4th time now and I think I’m at the point where I think this is being deliberately done. I am going to have my lawyer file a court date this week because I’m losing faith that 888 is a legit company this doesn’t make sense
anymore they are finding an excuse every single week to not payout my funds even though I’m fully verified. How is it possible your payment system was able to deposit 10$ in my account twice but not able to pay my 22,543$ I need to receive my money from Interac e-transfer through Gigadat today if your wire transfer system is failing there is no reason to deny paying my money interac e-transfer as that is an available withdrawal method on my account!

I’m actually shocked rite now that this company has sent me another email stating my bank details are invalid and to send verification again when 1 hour ago they said they are having technical difficulties processing withdrawals you have just admitted to doing fraud on your behalf this is unbelievable!

This is another email I have received from 888 stating that my withdrawal was sent on February,9th/2024 and I should expect it in 7 days I don’t know what is going on here please see attached and request they give a response to this since so many emails I have received today say something different?

Hello 888,

I want you to understand that CIBC bank in Canada is already involved in this matter since I have banked with them for 13 years and if you do not deposit the funds in my account and it is missing
from my transactions history or it does not show that you have deposited the funds my bank agent is already involved in this and you would be making a terrible mistake on your company’s behalf. You are going to be receiving a court date from my lawyer if this
continues and I don’t see my funds. The determination I have is endless I will not give up on my money and all the hassle I have gone through I will make sure that this is resolved by the law if your going to do this to your customers!!!!!!!

This is entirely got out of hand now. I have received a email from the operations team again this morning stating that there is a technical difficulty processing my withdrawal and they want me to verify my interac account so I can be payed e-transfer I need one straight answer from your casino not 4 emails stating something different everytime I don’t understand how this is possible anymore. AskGAamblers please help me with this, I need a straight answer not 5 people saying something different??????

I have received another email now stating that they received my Interac statement and the payments team are now processing this transaction Interac I have attached their email once again. 888 you have stated once I verify my document which I did you will immediately release my money to me Interac e-transfer please give me a update what is the delay again from the payments departement?
