I made a withdrawal on January 27th/2024 for 22,563$ Canadian with 888.ca I have been given the run around since the day I made the withdrawal.
I have provided all the verification documents they have successfully put 10$ in my bank account twice e transferred without an Interac profile and without me entering a password to accept this e-transfer. They state it is a wire transfer but have sent me a withdrawal approved email 3 times for the 22 thousand and said it failed due to invalid bank details.
I have literally got my bank to investigate this because how can you put 10$ in and not my full withdrawal?
I have contacted their CEO who did not answer they have requested a void check again and bank details even though I have sent this already.
it seems like everyone is having this issue I’m facing and I need this resolved I’m not going to have emotional distress every day from this!
