Hi Ask, it has been over 16 days since I initiated a withdrawal from 888 casino on doing this I received an email congratulations from operations and I needed to validate some details with what I did the next day and was confirmed complete by support. Since this date I have been patient and have had some live chat and email with support on the process each time I request an update I am told it has been escalated to the relevant department but I am still waiting on my withdrawal. Can you please intervene with the process please as I feel this is going around in circles.
