I recently withdrew $93,000 from 888.ca and they sent me an email saying I needed to submit documents for verification.

Which I did and they said it takes up to 72 hours although I’ve been waiting over 96 hours and when I email them they just keep telling me to wait the 72 hours when it’s already been well over 72 hours.

This is the same reply I keep getting in the emails and nothing gets done. It’s been almost a week since I have withdrawn the money and the “relevant department” never gets back to me.

Hello, actually the first email they sent me saying they received my documents was on Feb 18th, 2024 where they said it would take 72 hours to review. They then sent me another email on the 19th to submit the same documents to which I resent them again and then I received another email on the 20th saying my documents have been submitted and to wait 72 hours yet again and then I received another email on the 21st saying the same thing to wait another 72 hours and then I received the email your referring to on the 22nd to wait yet again another 72 hours. At this point the very first time I submitted my documents was Monday Feb 19th for verification which is now well over 72 hours. I have attached all the emails they send almost everyday this week saying it will be 72 hours.

I’m trying to be very patient here but I’m feeling like they just keep adding 72 hours over and over and it’s been a week now I’m waiting for my documents to be verified.

I’m sure you can understand where my frustration is starting to come from. I know you had issues before with the processing but I’ve been waiting along time now.

It has now been another 72 hours since their last email on the 22nd and still no response. I have sent more emails and got the same response saying they will get back to me but they never get back to me

You guys have been saying the same thing all week. It’s always the same script.. 72 hours.. forwarded to the appropriate department .. etc.. and no one comes up with a solution. I even sent a message on the Live Chat and they pretty much said the same thing. The emails are all repetition

Called them again today and was told to email the documents yet again after I told the guy on the phone that I emailed them everyday last week. Once again he told me that he sent them to the relevant department. Except the relevant department never gets a hold of me nor do they payout my money. I’ve attached the emails from my phone conversation today.

My concern has been escalated since last week and still nothing has been done. I think everyone on this platform has been more than patient with 888 casino and all you guys can say is for us to be patient with you guys. I’ve been waiting over a week for $93,000 when your site and all your emails claim that it only takes 72 hours (3 days) to process documents. It has been 240 hours since I sent in my documents the first time and I’m a VIP Member I can only imagine how long it’s taking for standard members. I have sent in my documents on

888 casino sent me an email today saying that my documents are under review but I have not yet received confirmation that they are done with my verification nor have I received my funds.

Hello,

It’s showing that the transaction is approved but I have not received any funds yet. Please keep this complaint open. It shows that they sent me a wire transfer on March 6th but again the funds have not yet been deposited into my account.

Please do not close this complaint. I still did not receive my funds. Checking the “standard time frames” doesn’t help due to the fact that 888 casino does not follows their own timelines as advertised on their website

Upon checking your concern, I can see that your withdrawal has been processed last 06/03/2024. It will take up to 4 business days for the funds to reach your bank account since the payment method used was INTERAC. You should receive your funds within the day since it was processed 4 days ago. Hello, I just contacted my bank and they are telling me that they don’t see any incoming wire transfer and I even gave them the reference number that 888 gave me. They told me to contact the casino and ask them to track where the wire transfer is or where it went.
