Everything went according to plan. Previously, all documentation (JETON CASH card copy, ID card, Bank statement) was approved.
I have played at 888 casino many times.
Now I won a "small" amount: $317.
On August 16, 2024, I requested payment directly to my JETONCASH card (with which I made payments).
Everything went according to the regulations.
In the case of a VISA card, the waiting time is 5-8 days.
I know it's "only" 08.27 now, but 11 days have already passed.
When I requested the payment, I received two confirmation emails.
"Transaction OK"
"Request accepted".
I waited 8 days.
Nothing.
I thought - I don't want to wait weeks - I wrote to customer service.
I did this every day. I wrote to customer service three times...
Yesterday I received an email saying "the request has been forwarded to the transaction team".
The strange thing is that if I have already received a confirmation that the payment request has been accepted, then why do I have to send the case to all kinds of groups again.
Everything is clear: the documents are in order. The confirmation e-mail has also arrived.
The customer service constantly refers to this as "tomorrow".... "tomorrow"..... "never day"...... (last joke).
