Dear AskGamblers:

I used the interact method for deposits at 888 Casino. On Jan 26th 2023, I submitted 9 requests for withdrawals €100, €199., €100, €100, €150, €100, €150, €10 a total of €1,059

To date, I have not received any of these funds by e-transfer or wire transfer, I should have received it by now if they made the payment.

I have been onto live chat many times by chatting and emailing, and they said payments had already been made but nothing was received.

I contacted my bank, they confirmed that there are no pending transactions or withdrawals. I've been onto support agents for 2 and a half weeks now at 888 Casino. I am hopeless and just want to find out where my money is.

I am hoping you can help me to solve this issue.

Here is attached proof of my withdrawals please note that 888 has sent me emails saying it was approved but nothing has come through my bank and I’ve sent bank statements to prove this.

They have sent me this stating that they have transferred the money in their behalf and that the problem is with my bank. I have since contacted my bank and gave them all these new details they sent me today and my bank have since told me there is still notning there that this is on there end that the bank doesn’t stop funds going in only going out. They also said I need to contact 888 that it’s 100% on there end that a wire transfer does not take this long. So 888 what has happened with my money m. I’m very stressed over this as I need this money.

There's no rejection nor return made to these funds throughout the process. We highly suggest that you contact your bank with regards to these missing withdrawals. I contacted my bank yesterday again and they have told me there is nothing to be proceed this is now the 7th time I’ve contacted my bank. They tell me the same thing they cannot see anything on there system yous have paid me before into the same account why is this time so different. I’ve been paid out plenty of times into my sake bank account. Can yous please just send my funds across as my bank told me it’s on your end.

I have just got off the phone to my bank again and they put me through to the appropriate team and I gave the reference number 888 gave me in a email. They are still saying nothing is showing up this is now 3 weeks going on where is my money 888. Yous just keep saying the money was processed and sent no it was not my bank gave told me there is nothing pending or rejected. Can someone please help me here in hopeless to where my funds are ask gamblers can you please respond and help me here.

U am going to go legal if this continues on why do you do this to all your coustmer’s 888 I will be getting my lawyer on this case if my funds are not processed soon.

We have contacted our Processing Centre regarding your 1,059 EUR withdrawal, they have advised that there has been no return or rejection of these funds. It was confirmed that your funds were processed 01/29/2024. I kindly request that you take the attached document provided on the email to your bank, as it should assist them in locating your funds. Funds received by banks are often placed in the banks own Suspense account. It is always a good idea to check on your banks policy regarding this, as often the funds have in fact been received by your bank and are awaiting to credit to your account. It would be highly appreciated, if you would confirm receipt of your funds, in order that, I may consider this matter resolved, or if necessary continue my investigation. Hi ask gamblers I still have not received any money from this casino I have been to my bank they told me it’s on the casino end and they went through all there suspense accounts there is notning holding my funds back they said the funds have not been sent by the casino so 888 can you please process these funds as I still have not received anything from yous this is now 5 weeks Nearly

Dear 888 casino waiting for an update for what exactly there has been no funds sent across on your end. My bank have stated this many times they do not hold funds they only stop funds from going out sometimes but not coming in. So I have to now wait 21 business days nearly another full month for an update and this I not going on since January the 29th. No casino I’ve dealt with has done this ever before by far the worst casino I’ve ever used or dealt with. These are my funds that I am I need of and no sign of these funds what so ever. I’ve given anything you’s have asked me for back statements etc ask gamblers can you please get this sorted for me this is very frustrating.

Since the money was already sent and it's no longer with us we contacted the processing bank to help trace it but they still haven't provide any update even though we kept on sending a follow up multiple times. The last update they sent to us was that it may take up to 21 business days for them to trace the funds.

Don't worry we will not stop chasing for an update from them until this gets sorted out. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
