I used the interact method for deposits at 888 Casino. On Dec 22, 2023, I submitted 4 requests for withdrawals $250, $250, $224, $300, total $1,024.
To date, I have not received it, whether by e-transfer or wire transfer, I should have received it by now if they made the payment.
I have contacted support many times by chatting, and emailing, and they said payments had already been made but nothing received.
I contacted my bank, they confirmed there is nothing pending for any deposits coming into my account. My bank confirms they accept e-transfer or wire transfers from any online casinos.
I’ve dealt with support agents at 888 Casino for over 3 weeks and now I am hopeless to know I might not be able to get my money.
I am hoping you can help me to solve this issue, I have been reluctant to gamble online since this incident, I don’t know who or where to turn to & I was told by my friends to come to you.
Please see the attached proof of my withdrawals. Please note that 888 showed these have been paid by wire transfer, but again nothing was received.

This complaint has been reopened as per 888 Casino request and the AskGamblers Complaint Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reach a satisfactory resolution.
888 don’t want to pay me maybe because they can’t even have enough business to pay for their expenses since their reputation went down, no customers. Or maybe because I deleted my account, I am no longer bring benefit to them? This is what players in the chat forum told me, whether it’s true or not they still keep my money
