I requested a $21,500 CAD withdrawal from 888.ca on July 11, 2025.
On July 15, I received an email stating that the funds had been “sent.” However, on July 16, their live chat agent confirmed that the withdrawal is actually still pending and has not been processed.
I submitted all requested documents, and support has confirmed that my account is now fully verified.
It’s been nearly a week, and I’ve received contradictory information with no progress. All the emails received from them are vague with no proper response.
This needs to be resolved urgently
