888 Casino - Account Verification Issues and Pending Withdrawals

Hi there, my account has been under review for over two or three weeks now, I submitted my ID, I received an email saying all restrictions have been lifted however when I logged in after receiving that email, it was not the case. My account was still restricted. I was then told my account needs further review and I need to upload documents which I have done on the 5th of September. Since then it has been 9 days and I have not heard anything back. I also have £2650 worth of withdrawals which I have not received because I was told until my account is verified I will not get the funds. This is ridiculous as it’s taking awfully long to get my account verified and this really should not be the case as it is a simple procedure. I have confirmation emails of my withdrawal and I would like the withdrawals to be processed at the very least if it’s going to take this long to verify my account. Please get back to me as soon as possible.
