On July 6, 2025, at 18:54, I made a withdrawal to my personal bank card. The amount was successfully deducted from my account, and the status in the transaction history says "successful".
However, as of today, the funds have not been credited to my bank card. It has been more than 14 days, and I have contacted support several times, but I have not received any helpful answer.
I have screenshots of the transaction and proof that the money was not received. I kindly ask you to investigate this matter and help me receive my funds.
